摘要：
The value of gas turbine plants, operating in either simple cycle or combined cycle, rests on the plant's performance and reliability. Increasingly, plant owners are demanding reliability and availability guarantees from the turbine manufacturers. When negotiating for the value of an availability guarantee, four concepts need to be considered, namely, availability, reliability guarantee, classification, and availability distribution.
