摘要
This paper considers a city with a mixed transportation system that consists of a discrete freeway network and a two dimensional continuum of dense surface streets. An optimization mathematical model is formulated and proved to satisfy the elastic demand and user equilibrium condition. An iterative solution based on finite element algorithm is developed to solve the equivalent model. A numerical sample is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
