摘要
For the problem of improving accuracy of temperature rise for permanent magnet (PM) motor, a real time thermal calculation method under consideration of distribution of permanent magnet (PM) eddy current loss was presented. Based on the fact that the properties of each motor material are influenced by temperature and distribution of PM eddy current loss have unique characteristics, a method of real time thermal calculation method under consideration of PM eddy current loss was presented and adopted into a 10 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driven by variable frequency equipment, which is an example. Compared with general temperature rise calculation method without consideration of distribution of PM eddy current loss and does not use real time thermal calculation method, through the on-line temperature rise measurement, accuracy of real time thermal calculation method under consideration of the distribution of PM eddy current loss is verified that it can reduce the calculation results and experiment results into 0.5%. © 2017, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
