摘要
The advent of economic globalization has put English learningto a more prominent position than before. By reviewing its teaching concepts, this thesis aims to reveal how MOOC is replacing the traditional curriculum development mode with its sharing, cooperative, and networked open courses. It also analyzes the current situation of English teaching at vocational colleges and the problems that affect the efficiency of English teaching. This paper also puts forward some pertinent strategiesto integrateMOOC in English instructionwhich are verified to be useful in the experimental reform to eliminate the drawbacks of traditional English teaching and improve students' autonomy and pioneering thinking.
