摘要
The new equation was proposed to control the cell strut shape of three dimensional foams. Based on the Voronoi random foam models, the influences of cell strut shape on isotropic elastic properties, nonlinear compressive behavior and tensile behavior were investigated. In addition, effects of the interaction between the cell strut shape and the model irregularity were discussed on a comparative basis. The results show that the elastic modulus and the dimensionless stresses under compression and tension decrease evidently as struts turn into a concave shape. Effects of cell strut shape are larger than those of model irregularity, and become more significant as the models are more irregular.
