摘要
Measures were developed to minimize the effects of an excavation for the CA/T Project on the FRB and OFC. The measures were developed by a cooperative effort between the abutter consultants and the CA/T Project management consultant. Regular working group meetings were particularly important for establishing procedures for transmitting information, for abutter review of design and construction, and for maintaining continuity of effort.
