Local government's original standard for permission of occupancy in privately owned public spaces

摘要
This study focused on local governments original standard for permission of occupancy, cafe or event or so on, in privately owned public space to attract people in central city area. To clear that I reviewed local governments rule, obtained the information by means of questionnaire, interviewed to local government. As the results, it was found that as follows; the number of occupancy in POPS were on the increase because of high degree of freedom of activity in POPS with securing public realm, especially Yokohama city tried to make original standard with cooperating public and private, outreaching management body in POPS.
