摘要
A direct torque control (DTC) was proposed for five-leg voltage-source-inverter (VSI) dual-motor drive systems, in which two permanent-magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) were controlled by one five-leg VSI. All phase-switching-states were directly determined by the standard three-phase DTC, among which four phase-switching-states could be directly treated as four corresponding leg-switching-states. Then, the switching state of the common leg was determined by comparing two weighting functions. Additionally, the performance distortion of the studied drive system caused by the five-leg VSI was theoretically analyzed. The effectiveness of the proposed DTC is verified by experimental results. © 2017 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
