摘要
We review the progress in the performance of organic field effect transistors that has been reported in the last 30 years, with a major emphasis on the last 10 years. We focus on the best performing organic semiconductors, and elucidate the underlying relations between the chemical and physical structures of the materials in the solid state and their electronic properties. © TÜBİTAK.
