摘要
For the first time, dimethylammonium trichlorocadmium crystals ((CH3)2NH2)CdCl3) were grown from water solutions of dimethylammonium and cadmium chlorides. X-ray study of these crystals have shown the crystals belong to monoclinic syngony (P2(1)/c, Z = 4), and parameters of elementary cell are a = 8.739 ± 0.002 A, b = = 13.284 ± 0.003 A, c = 6.686 ± 0.001 A and β = 98.17° at room temperature. In the range 100-320 K elementary cell parameters showed anomalies at temperatures 126, 208, 257 and 295 K. Apparently it was connected with phase transitions near these temperatures.
