摘要
Chemical composition of antifriction coatings applied by micro-arc oxidation to a VT16 type titanium alloy is studied by X-ray diffractometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, laser mass spectrometry, and differential thermal analysis. Based on the experimental data obtained, a conclusion on the nature of low friction coefficients of the studied layers is drawn.
