With the rapid development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises, the traditional sales management is difficult to meet the requirements of the current development, what's more, there are often some unnecessary mistakes, so the network marketing already becomes the mainstream of the current society, using information management system is obviously better than the manual management. In view of this, the design and implementation of the network marketing management system for the domestic apparel enterprises were studied in this paper, firstly, through the decision graph aided system design that can improve the access performance of large web database, then, the working efficiency within the system was improved by using conditional probability, finally, the system hardware and software testing and sales were compared. The results show that the key of the system is the data storage and advertisement delivery, therefore, in the process of the clothing enterprise network marketing management system design, the problem of the technical aspects, as well as the market, the consumer oriented marketing strategy need to be considered. After the system is put into use, it still needs to pay attention to the data monitoring and system upgrade and so on.
