摘要
The concrete works of the permanent shiplocks is complicated in structure and pressed for construction period. The temperature control and crack prevention of the concrete is one of the key technical problems concerning the concrete construction quality. This paper discusses the problem from the temperature control criterion and countermeasures, and practical effect in field etc. The major adopted measures, including the optimization of concrete mix proportion, using precooled aggregate, curing by flowing water, circulating cooled water, surface temperature preservation etc., solved the temperature control and crack prevention problem for the massive concrete of the shiplock, especially for the concrete of lock floors and lining walls. The construction effect is satisfactory and no crack occurs on the whole.
