摘要
The hetero-coagulation between pyrite and calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) in the liquid phase was investigated by AFM, laser particle analyzer and Zeta potential instrument. The influences of backfill on gold-bearing flotation and effect of regulator were studied. The results show that Zeta potentials of CSH and pyrite are contrary to each other when pH>10. There is attraction between CSH and pyrite under solution conditions. The agglomeration between CSH and pyrite is caused by electrostatic attraction which results in deteriorated of flotation indexes. Sodium hexamephosphate leads to the decrease of the Zeta-potential of CSH and eliminate the electrostatic interactions between CSH and pyrite, which is beneficial to reduce agglomeration and improve the flotation indexes. The addition of sodium hexamephosphate improves the flotation performance. The flotation performance does not significantly change with the increase of the content of cement filling. © 2016, Central South University Press. All right reserved.
