摘要
Because of the low utilization rate and unstable performance of recycled asphalt mixtures, this paper focused on therich-binder fine aggregate and investigated the recovery law of rejuvenators on the performance of recycled asphalt mortar. First, the paper evaluated the bitumen content of rich-binder fine aggregate as well as the aging level of reclaimed bitumen. We used rich-binder fine aggregate to product recycled asphalt mortars and explore the contribution of rejuvenators on their performance. Evaluation methods which including dynamic shear rheometer, bending beam rheometer, direct tensile test, and uniaxial compression test were employed to investigate the recovery regulations of recycled asphalt mortars in high-temperature deformation resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance, fatigue life, and deformation coordination. Compared with ordinary asphalt mortar, the compressive strength and complex modulus of recycled asphalt mortar were significantly improved, but its cracking resistance at low temperature and fatigue life decline seriously. Because of the softening effect of rejuvenators on aged bitumen, the rheological behavior,low-temperature cracking resistance and fatigue life of the recycled asphalt mortar were obviously recovered, and the deformation coordination of the recycled asphalt mortar improved as well. © 2023 Cailiao Daobaoshe/ Materials Review.
