摘要
A wind resource assessment index system named δ index system is presented based on the analysis of power characteristics of wind turbine. δ index system comprises wind speed limited by wind turbine(WSL), wind power density limited by wind turbine(WPDL)and δ index. WSL and WPDL reflect the effectiveness of converting wind resource into electrical energy by the wind turbine. δ index is the difference between active wind power density and WPDL, which reflects the re-generating capacity of wind after the energy conversion of wind turbine. The case study shows that δ index system describes the relationship between generating electricity quantity of wind farm and wind resources more accurately. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
