Dynamic scheduling algorithm for data relay satellite with microwave and laser hybrid links at multi-disturbance

Aiming at the dynamic disturbance conditions of the data relay satellite with microwave and laser hybrid link during initial scheduling scheme; based on the analysis of the disturbance resulting in the dynamic scheduling; the dynamic scheduling problem under different disturbances becomes a kind of mission insertion problem under complex constraints. The constraints-satisfied model is formulated. The dynamic scheduling algorithm based on heuristic information is proposed to solve the problem. Taking advantage of the eminent performance; the complexity of the dynamic scheduling problem is reduced. The simulation results show that the model and algorithm are feasible and can solve the practical problem when disturbances happen;
