摘要：
The selection of correct lubricants for mining companies in getting most out of a company's operating costs is discussed. Lubricants and/or lubrications are the most important yet mismanaged aspects in all companies as 60-70% of all mechanical failures are due to inadequate lubricants and lubrication practices. The lubricant specification needs and pricing, the most important tools in reducing lubricant costs of the company, are suggested to be reviewed annually for optimum functioning of the companies.
