摘要
In order to study the external noise of multistage centrifugal pump, a five-stage diffuser centrifugal pump was selected as research object, and radiated noise characteristics of pump was analyzed under fluid excitation. Through the comparison between test results and calculation results of the external noise, the effectiveness of the numerical prediction method of radiated noise of the multistage centrifugal pump was verified. The dipole acoustic source of whole stage was extracted, and the external noise was calculated with acoustic-vibro-coupling. Research results show that the SPL (sound pressure level) of pump radiated noise is about 75~85 dB, with the increase of flow rate, noise of the pump first decreases and then increases; flow effect on the level at characteristic frequency of the radiated sound power spectrum is weak, which have a greater impact on the broadband noise; when at the large flow rate, effect of blade number of the impeller and positive diffuser on radiated noise is larger, and effect of blade number of the negative diffuser is relatively weak; the SPL at BPF2 is about 11~20 dB higher than that at BPF1; in the circumferential distribution of BPF2, when at 0.4Qd, the upstream noise is stronger than downstream, and the region where external noise is the largest transfers to outlet when the flow rate increases. © 2017, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
