摘要：
The new German Law on the Conservation, Modernization and Development of Combined Heat and Power which will come into force on 1 April 2002 regulates the purchase of, and renumeration for, electricity exported to the public grid from certain CHP plant. In general, the new Law increases the financial returns and thus supports the continued operation and modernization of already existing CHP plant regardless of their size.
