摘要
Through the study, of conventional Ti-added high strength IF steels with P, it was determined that course precipitates such as FeTiP reduced ductility. In this paper, two kinds of new FeTiP free steel called Zr steel and Si steel, respectively, were investigated. The local elongation of these two new steels was 2-3% higher than that of Ti steel. From the viewpoints of uniform deformation, Zr steel had an extremely high n value (10-15% nominal strain) and maintained a high strain hardening rate throughout a wide deformation range.
