On the Mars path

The article discusses about efforts of Mr. Brain Muirhead, chief engineer of NASA's Mars Science lab, and his team in the designing of Mars Pathfinder flight system. In regard with it, the software and hardware tools used for the development and testing of spacecraft are also reported. The use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and wind tunnel based testings is also discussed.
