摘要
Phase change material and phase change mortar based on paraffin acting as the heat-absorbing material and expanded Perlite as the supportive material were prepared by vacuum adsorption method. The morphology and thermal properties of paraffin/expanded Perlite compostie PCM were investigated by SEM and different scanning calorimetry. Meanwhile, compressive strength, dry apparent density, thermal conductivity coefficient and time-temperature in three dimensional of phase change mortar were measured. The results indicated that the paraffin be immobilized in three-dimensional network structure during the process of phase change. The proportion of paraffin in the composite is 55.47% by mass, and the phase change temperature and latent heat were 35.59℃ and 96.77J/g, respectively. The compressive strength, dry apparent density, and thermal conductivity coefficient were 8.0MPa, 1678kg/m3, and 0.46W·m-1·K-1, respectively. The phase change mortar exhibits the low heating and cooling speed as well as the gentle temperature variation compared with the traditional mortar materials. © 2016, The Editorial Board of Journal of Basic Science and Engineering.
