摘要
Green supply chain practices evaluation is an important part of green supply chain management. The implementation of green supply chain strategy can promote the product supply and circulation, as well as advanced mode of circulation and information technology. This paper is an attempt to study the performance evaluation of green supply chain steel enterprise according to the enterprise’s own characteristics, and build suitable green supply chain performance evaluation index system and evaluation model for steel enterprises in order to improve the enterprise in the supply chain performance level. Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is employed to assess the practices of the green supply chain. An empirical study is illustrated to testify the effectiveness of this method. The managerial implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed. © 2015 CAFET-INNOVA TECHNICAL SOCIETY. All rights reserved.
