摘要
Poly(lactic acid) /poly(butylene succinate)/poly(ε-caprolactone) (PLA/PBS/PCL) blends with different poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) contents (PCL content) were prepared by melt blending. And the crystallization property, thermal stability, rheological behavior and mechanical properties of PLA/PBS/PCL blends were studied by XRD, TG, rheometer and universal testing machine. The results show that the addition of PCL does not change the crystal structure of the blends; after addition of PCL, the initial decomposition temperature (Ti) and decomposition termination temperature (Tf) of the blends increase significantly, and when the PCL content is equal to 3 phr, Ti and Tf of the blends are increased by 27.14℃ and 23.31℃, respectively; and when the PCL content is less than or equal to 2 phr, PCL can improve the compatibility of blends, the comptibility between PLA and PBS is improved; and with the increase of PCL content, the tensile strength of the blends increases firstly and then decreases, when the PCL content is equal to 2 phr, it reaches the maximum value of 69.3 MPa, the impact strength of the blends is increased and when the PCL content is equal to 3 phr, it reaches the maximum value of 5.59 kJ/m2, they are increased by 35.4% and 76.9% compared with PLA/PBS blends, respectively. © 2018, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
