The possibility of getting jobs for old experienced engineers is discussed. It is suggested that experienced engineers should get registered with engineering-related personnel agencies. They should also elaborate their overseas work in their resumes. Other practices such as use of Internet for job search, scanning of employment section of newspapers and following up of contacts are also suggested.
