In the paper, the results of using new catalysts of hydrogenation processes at petroleum refineries are presented. The three-component catalysts based on aluminocobaltmolybdenum, aluminonickelmolybdenum, and a catalyst of the protective layer were developed in the KATAKHIM Co. and produced by the Promyshlennye Katalizatory Co. with RK trademark. It is shown that the use of the RK catalysts combined with the technologies of their charging, sulfonation, and operation allows one to prepare petroleum products corresponding to international quality standards.
