Converter end-point control regression model based on radiation information analysis

To judge converter end-point online, the converter radiation information was studied. A converter mouth radiation multi-frequency information acquisition system was designed based on optical fiber multiplexed spectrum and DirectShow techniques. The experiment found that the light intensity and image characteristic information have remarkable changes in steelmaking blowing process. Based on these laws, the end-point time mathematical model was established using regression analysis method. The significance test results show that the sample determination coefficient is 0.98 and the F-test value is 416.19, which is larger than the critical value 2.36. Therefore the model has good fitting degree and the regression equation is significant. The prediction precision of the model is 91.7%, which meets the requirements of converter end-point control online and fast tapping model.
