摘要：
The main types of e-commerce performance models are discussed. Then associating with the analysis of the whole system performance and the software content, a single queue performance model and a closed queueing network performance model based on the queueing theory were built. From these two models, a simulation system was designed to prove the feasibility of the queueing network model. For being independent of a particular process and being easy to operate, the models are appropriate methods for analyzing and planning e-commerce performance in distribution environment.
