摘要
The content of ammonium sulfate in recycling absorbent solutions from the wet simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification using urea/ammonia solution reaches above 82%. In order to realize the efficient and higher value-added resource recycling utilization for the above absorbent solution, the effects of operating parameters, such as the electrobath voltage, the concentration of reactant, catalysts, electrolytic time, on the process for electrosynthesis of ammonium persulfate were investigated by experiments. The experiments were carried out in a homemade electrolytic experiment device with the titanium plate as the cathode using both static and dynamic methods. The experimental results indicate that the current efficiency reaches 88.91% under the optimal operating conditions. Therefore, the current efficiency is increased by more than 3% compared with that of the domestic existing process for electrosynthesis of ammonium persulfate. It confirms that the titanium plate as the cathode in electrosynthesis of ammonium persulfate is feasible. Meanwhile, it is also found that ammonium polyphosphate as additive is effective. ©, 2015, Southeast University. All right reserved.
