Linerboard dyeing experiment with liquid dyes

The dyeing characteristic of liquid dye was discussed, dyeing rules of several liquid dyes were studied and the dyeing effects of dyes from China and other countries were compared. It was found that liquid Brown could improve value a* and b* of the paper, liquid Yellow S could increase value b* but reduce value a* of the paper in some degree. When adding liquid Blue and liquid Yellow to stock in the same time, mainly value a* of paper was reduced and value L* and b* were not much affected. The dyeing result of liquid dyes from China and other countries was almost the same.
