Dealing with difficult people

Different perceptual positions to tackle tricky situations with the manager are discussed. Perceptual positions is a fundamental NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) process to help people shift their perspective in a given situation. The person is supposed to consider himself in the 1st position, in 2nd position he should put himself in the manager's position and finally in the 3rd position observing himself in 1st position and the manager in 2nd position. This technique is used to deal with difficult people, challenging situations, important meetings, interviews or public speaking.
