Parameter optimization and analysis of static characteristics for active aerostatic bearing

摘要
A scheme of active aerostatic bearing with displacement feedback is proposed. Its stiffness and rotation accuracy is advanced effectively. According to the numerical method of finite element, the bearing's parameters with inherent restrictors are optimized by the objective function of stiffness. Based on the analysis, the load capacity for three kinds of active control restriction modes are provided. The calculation results for three kinds of active restrictors show that the parameter optimization of aerostatic bearing with inherent restrictors is reasonable and it can provide good load capacity range for realizing infinite stiffness of the bearing. Three active restriction modes can provide more control selections for the active control bearing.
