摘要
Extracting symbols is an important step in the engineering drawing recognition. This paper presents a vectorization algorithm, which can transfer engineering drawing to a graph. Based on this vectorization algorithm this paper presents a symbol extraction approach which can extract all kinds of isolated and adhered together symbols effectively.
