摘要
The dual-mode sensor technology is proposed, which can improve the quality of image reconstruction in electrostatic tomography (EST) using the permittivity distribution from electrical capacitance tomography (ECT). The static charge interference to the measurements in ECT was studied, and the theoretical analysis shows that the low-frequency interference of charge-induced noise can be eliminated by using the small capacitance detection system with high-frequency excitation and band-pass filter mode. Furthermore, numerical simulation shows that the charge sensitivity is affected by the permittivity distribution. The permittivity distribution acquired from ECT can be used to modify the charge sensitivity field of EST and to reduce the inversion uncertainty of charge distribution, which effectively reduces the relative image reconstruction error and charge residual, and improves the inversion accuracy of charge distribution.
