Based on the mechanism of gas extraction technology with surface goaf hole, analyzed field data about boreholes in Huainan Mining (Group) Co. Ltd. With the method of numerical simulation and theory conclusion, concluded the influencing factors to extraction efficiency of surface goaf hole. Besides, provided some advices on promoting the working efficiency of borehole in the end. Research results indicate that factors influencing the extraction efficiency of hole can be reduced to two types such like nature and parameter generally. Such measures like reducing air-leak in goaf, disposing hole near to return airway, controlling extracting pressure to range from 40 to 60 kPa and space between holes 200 to 300 m and so on are useful to promote the efficiency of surface borehole.
