The views of Charles Sanders, the managing director of a contract manufacturing company, on the different aspects of the manufacturing business associated with honing are presented. According to Charles, due to the new fiscal policies the boom and bust economic cycle associated with the manufacturing companies has changed. He has expressed the need of changing the staff and the training procedures to select those people who can set-up and carry out their own inspection. Despite the negative images attached to the manufacturing across the board, there are people willing to accept the particular challenge.
