摘要
We propose the theory of turbulent motion to calculate time-averaged and pulsation components of steady motion parameters of a viscous incompressible fluid. We use equations of hydrodynamics for the laws of conservation of momentum and mass and integral Fourier transform for pulsation component spectra as random functions of time. We obtained and presented a complete (closed) system of nonlinear differential equations with integral terms for pulsation spectra and averaged parameters of velocity and pressure components. © 2006 by Allerton Press, Inc.
