摘要
The transparent glass-ceramics containing PbF2 microcrystals were prepared by high temperature melting-quenching and thermal treatment method. X-ray diffraction pattern proved that the crystallites in the glass-ceramic are β-PbF2 microcrystal particles. The average size of the microcrystals is about 15~75 μm. Both X-ray fluorescence and photoluminescence intensity in the glass ceramics increase significantly compared with the as-made glass. The influence of crystallization on the luminescence intensity of glass ceramics is discussed.
