摘要
Four scaled specimens of RC frame beam column interior joints (two cast-in-place beam-column joints and two assembled monolithic beam-column joints) were designed. The specimens were tested under low-cycle repeated loading under different axial compression ratios(0.3 and 0.4). The important evaluation indexes of failure modes, hysteretic characteristics, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and splicing strain variation of grouted sleeves were studied. The results show that the energy dissipation capacity of assembled monolithic joints is slightly lower than those of cast-in-place joints, and the crack distribution and failure modes are different obviously. The cracks distribution of assembled monolithic joints is centralized. The mainly regions of cracks are beam-column interfaces, grouted sleeve regions and middle cross sections of beam, but the cracks distribution of cast-in-place joints are uniform. The effect of axial compression ratio on hysteretic characteristics is not obvious in prime period of loading, but the effects of axial compression ratio on slippage of reinforcing bar and shear deformation are obvious in the later loading stage. Based on the experimental results, a simplified method of material equivalent treatment is proposed and different regions of specimen can adopt different section properties. There is a good agreement between the analytical results by OpenSees and the experimental results. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures. All right reserved.
