摘要
This study uses grounded theory to discuss the deep-seated driving factors of adoption behavior of China's E-government cloud through deep interviews and focus group interview. The results of research show that technology driven, selection of cloud providers, environmental stimuli, organization readiness and cloud trust play significant roles in E-government cloud adoption behavior. Cloud trust is a direct driving factor. Technology driven and selection of cloud providers drive E-government cloud adoption behavior indirectly by affecting cloud trust. Environmental stimuli and organization readiness moderate the relationship between cloud trust and adoption behavior. On the basis, driving factors models that consist of sixteen sub-categories, five main categories and one core category (E-government cloud adoption behavior) are established and explained in detail.
