Synchrotron radiation for studies of magnetic materials

摘要：
The investigation of the magnetic materials by synchrotron radiation was discussed. The X-ray magnetooptics methods were used to study the fine details of crystal and magnetic structures and to separate spin and orbital contributions to the total momentum. The results suggest that the development of new memory devices with a high density of information requires the knowledge of main magnetic parameters of the material.
