摘要
Force-controlled forming machines allow for freely programming the ram movement. This feature is only used for increasing productivity. The potential of such ram motion is not exploited in production environments, since only established ram motion profiles are used. Therefore this paper investigates how non-conventional slide motion profiles influence the deep-drawing result. It undertakes experimental investigations to be able to evaluate the influence of such adapted slide motion profiles on the forming result. © 2022, VDI Fachmedien GmBH & Co. KG. All rights reserved.
