摘要
The atmospheric cast CuCr25 alloy contact material which prepared by median frequency induction furnace were studied. The influence of aging and deformation on electrical conductivity and microhardness were discussed. And the softening temperature was measured. The results show that after solution at 950°C for 1 h and aging at 440°C for 6 h the alloy obtains good electrical conductivity and micro-hardness. Soluting, 40% cold deforming and then aging at 440°C for 2 h, the electrical conductivity reaches 57%1ACS and the microhardness reaches 174 HV which are 10%IACS higher in electrical conductivity and 27 HV in microhardness than that of alloy directly aging after solution without deformation. And the softening temperature of the alloy was about 550°C.
