摘要
Vulnerability has often been under-researched in the risk studies of traditional engineering projects due to its concealment. The vulnerability and risk factors of complex green building projects was defined and identified, were and the causal relationships between the vulnerability and risk factors were explored 20 latent factors were analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on 203 questionnaires. 51 vulnerability-risk paths were identified and the total impacts of each risk path on project objectives were analyzed. Results reveal the existence of risk paths and the causal relationships between the vulnerability and risk factors in the risk path structual model. The interaction of the entire risk network was focused on which provided project managers with a reference to track and manage the risk factors in the project life cycle. © 2016, Zhejiang University Press.
