摘要
As the object of study in immunosuppressed mice, the effects of Stachyos-Lactobacillus Plantarum synbiotics on phagocytotic functions of mononuclear macrophage, murine delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) caused by sheep red blood cells (SRBC), the index of immune organs (thymus and spleen) and IL-10, IL-12, IgG and TNF-α content effect in serum were tested. The results show that synbiotics could promote the phagocytotic functions of mononuclear macrophage, DTH, the ability of antibody production, the index of immune organs and increase the levels of serum IL-10, IL-12, IgG and TNF-α except for IL-12. Conclusion: Stachyose-Lactobacillus Plantarum Synbiotics can remarkably improve immune function in immunosuppressed mice such as cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific immunity, and raise the level of some immune factors in serum.
