The key factors involved in the UV Curing Process together with its categories were described. The physical properties of UV-cured materials are substantially affected by the lamp systems used them to cure them. The four key factors of UV lamps are UV irradiance, spectral distribution of UV, UV energy, and infrared radiation. One of the category of UV curing is linear processing which is characteristic of curing flat surfaces. Spot curing, which is another category of UV curing, is used for UV bonding of adhesives for medical product assembly and electronic assembly.
