摘要
Rail transit noise affects the health of passengers in the carriage and residents along the railway, so controlling the railway noise radiation is one of the focuses of the current state and industry. Wheel/Rail noise is a very important noise source of the railway noise, which is caused by high frequency vibration or friction vibration of wheel/rail system radiating into the air. The former is caused by wheel/rail surface roughness or discontinuous geometric defects, the latter occurred at curve track. It has important theoretical significance and social value that researching on the generation mechanism, excitation source and control method, which can promote the technology innovation and harmonious development of rail transit. This paper summarizes the research history and current situation of the railway at home and abroad, including the generation mechanism, excitation source and control technology of wheel/rail noise. Then, the domestic and foreign research situations are compared. Finally, this paper points out the key research problems in the following research of vibration/noise reduction theory and technology, in order to adapt to the vibration/noise reduction need of high speed railway and urban rail transit of our country. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of the China Railway Society.
