摘要
This paper was based on the cooperation the Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology with company accredited by Czech Institute for Accreditation. It deals with issues of calibration 3D indicators. Generally, the calibration of non-specified working gauges integral part of every company, which uses such gauges. Checking/calibration of measuring instruments is important for ensuring the uniformity and accuracy of measurements to ensure continuity of measurement results. The paper deals with streamlining the process of calibration of indicators 3D design and practical verification of appropriate gauge for the calibration. The target of innovation is to eliminate the errors and shortcomings of the current solutions. In the conclusion are the results of calibration by help current and new solution checking device and their comparison. © 2016. Published by Manufacturing Technology.
