Gas centrifuge separation power and some errors of its optimization

摘要：
The separation theory in the Tsippe gas centrifuge (GC) is developed. Physical meaning of the GC separation power (SP) is considered. Notions of the SP in some publications and errors in the SP optimization are analyzed. The right way of GS optimization from the point of view of SP is shown.
